Cancellation Policy
Path Salon is proud to be home to a collective of independent contractor stylists. Please note that each stylist may have their own individual cancellation policies. We recommend checking directly with your stylist regarding their specific guidelines.
In general, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. When you cancel without enough notice, it prevents us from offering that appointment time to another guest, many of whom are on our waiting list.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we understand how easy it can be to forget something you booked months ago.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
"No-shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Multiple services, combos, or last-minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A credit card deposit transaction may be processed to reserve the appointment time.
This policy allows our independent stylists the ability to manage their schedules effectively, accommodate standby guests, and maintain a high level of service for all of our clients. Thank you for supporting our team of independent professionals!
Refund Policy
The independent stylists at Path Salon take great pride in providing exceptional service and outstanding customer care. Because of the nature of salon services, we do not issue refunds.
However, if you have any questions or concerns about a service you received, please notify your stylist within two days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so your hair can be visually inspected.
At that time, your stylist will make every effort to make any necessary adjustments to your satisfaction. Adjustments are provided at no additional cost within two days of the original service, and typically with the same stylist who performed the initial service.
